To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the open section of the meeting on 4 June 2019

4.1  The minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 4^th June 2019 were approved as a correct record.

4.2  Councillors Hamaira Ali and Victor Chamberlain both voted against and asked for their dissent to agreeing the minutes be recorded.
