There was one question on the report.  The member asked a supplemental of the cabinet member for children, schools and adult care.

The recommendations were put to the vote and declared Carried.

RESOLVED:

1.  That council assembly agreed Southwark’s Youth Justice Plan 2019/20 as detailed in Appendix A of the report, in accordance to Part 3A of the Council’s Constitution.

2.  That council assembly noted the progress of the Youth Offending Service and the 2019/20 priorities which have been developed through engagement of multi-agency partners including young people and led by the Youth Crime Management Board (YCMB).
