The licensing officer presented their report.  Members had questions for the licensing officer.

The applicant and their legal representative addressed the sub-committee.  Members had questions for the applicant and their legal representative.

During questioning it became apparent that there were a number of discrepancies with the application.

The meeting adjourned at 11.54am to allow the applicant and their legal representative to discuss how they would like to proceed.

The meeting reconvened at 12.13pm and the applicant’s legal representative advised that they applicant would withdraw their application and submit a new application in due course.
