London Borough of Southwark Late Night Levy Consultation
Minutes:
The principal licensing officer updated the committee on the late night levy. Members had questions for the principal licensing officer.
It was agreed that questions 4 of the consultation questionnaire should be reworded to add a N/A box.
RESOLVED:
That agreement be given for officers to initiate a public and statutory consultation, further to correspondence received from Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC).
