To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the open section of the meetings held on Monday 15^th October 2018.

The minutes of the committee’s October meeting were approved, with additional information that a meeting to make representations to Transport for London about the RV1 bus had now been set for 19^th December

The chair also added updates from Cllrs Hartley and Werner on the work plans of their scrutiny commissions
