1.  To agree to update the community infrastructure project list (CIPL) for this community council area.

2.  To agree a short list of priority projects to be prioritised for funding that will be taken forward to cabinet for their decision.

Alistair Huggett, planning projects manager, introduced the item and gave an overview of the community infrastructure levy locally.

RESOLVED:

1.  That the updated Community Infrastructure Project List (CIPL) for this community council area be as summarised below:

-  New train station in Camberwell

-  New underground station

-  Open space improvements to Goose Green

-  Dog Kennel Hill Adventure Playground facility

-  The Benhill Nature Garden

-  Heritage street lamps, new bollards and trees/planters as a single package for S106 funding for Sears Street

-  Hascombe Terrace ? planters to stop motorcycles

-  Pedestrianise Bantry Street

-  Camberwell Road Pedestrian Safety.

2.  That the shortlist of prioritised projects for funding be taken forward to cabinet for their decision.
