6.1  The Chair welcomed David Quirke-Thornton Strategic Director of Children’s and Adult Services and Duncan Whitfield Strategic Director of Finance and Governance to the meeting and stated that the officers were invited back to the meeting to give members an budget recovery board update and then to take members questions.
