It was noted that the meeting had started late as the applicant’s representative had advised that they were running late and would be at the meeting by 11.00am. The applicant tried contacting their representative again but got no reply.  The applicant advised that they would like to proceed.

The licensing officer presented their report.  Members had questions for the licensing officer.

The meeting adjourned at 11.49am to allow al parties to discuss the application.  The meeting reconvened at 12.02pm.
