The legal officer advised that a request to defer consideration of the application for review had been made by the applicants solicitor as an application for the transfer of the licence had been made. It was considered to be in the public interest for the review to be considered at the same time as the application for transfer.
RESOLVED:
That the application be deferred to the Licensing Sub-Committee to be held on 6 September 2017.
