To approve as a correct record the minutes of the open section of the meeting held on Thursday 13^th July 2017.

4.1  There was a correction to the minutes which was that councillor Catherine Dale attended the last meeting of the committee as reserve member.

RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on 13^th July 2017 were agreed as a correct record.
