Agenda item

4.1  The chair reported an update from the last meeting regarding the Ledbury Estate, and reported that the recommendation that the council carries out full and independent review of the repairs history of the Ledbury Estate and work with the council auditors had started and the Overview & Scrutiny Committee were leading on this item.

4.2  The chair stated that a meeting would be arranged with RSM, tenants and leaseholders of the Ledbury Estate to address scoping of this piece of work in the near future. The chair to report back on any progress.
