RESOLVED:

1.  To note the size and composition of the Overview and Scrutiny committee, as agreed by annual council assembly.

2.  To appoint three scrutiny sub-committees as detailed in paragraph 9 of this report.

3.  To appoint chairs and vice-chairs of the three scrutiny sub-committees.

4.  To agree which committee has responsibility for crime and disorder (see paragraph 9 of this report).
