The draft scrutiny report is enclosed.

The scrutiny review report was agreed with the following amendments:

·  Add a recommendation re GP Services and the role of the Health and Wellbeing Board.

·  Add to recommendation 4, or create a new recommendation, recommending that there is some field research, such as Mystery Shopping, on the length of waits for GP appointments and the extent that GP surgeries are making people aware of the ability to use the borough’s extended access GP facilities.
