6.1 Neil Kirby (Head of Regeneration – South) introduced the report, highlighted the following areas:-

·  Peckham

·  Camberwell

·  Dulwich

·  East Dulwich

·  Aylesbury Estate

·  Parts of Walworth Road

·  Old Kent Road

The officer then responded to questions asked by members of the sub-committee.
