Minutes:
6.1 The Chair reported that he had met with Toby Blume, who was project managing this item of business and was impressed with the plan and the fact that they had experience of how the council works and looking outwards at good examples of other councils and housing associations where residents were involved in the process.
6.2 The Chair urged members that if they had any ideas or suggestions with regards to improving the current structure to contact Toby Blume and discuss them with him now at the early stages.
6.3 The Cabinet member thanked the sub-committee for the recommendation regarding reviewing the TRA structure and relationship with the council.
