To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the open section of the meetings held on Monday 30^th January 2017.

The committee agreed the following amendments:-

To record councillor David Noakes as substitute member present for the meeting on 30^th January 2018.

Page 2, item 3.1 – line 1 delete “of” before London and insert “for”.

The Committee to note that the IT item was added to the workplan.

RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 30 January 2017 be agreed as a correct record.
