RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 28 September 2016 be agreed as an accurate record, and signed by the chair.

The chair explained that leading on from the discussions at the last community council meeting, from 1 January 2017 onwards, the decision maker for all local traffic management orders including decisions on double yellow lines would be the cabinet member for environment and the public realm. Any legacy issues could be taken back to community council for consultation, before a decision was made by the cabinet member.
