RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 15 March 2016 be agreed as an accurate record, and signed by the chair, subject to the following corrections:

A disclosure of interests should read as follows:

"Councillor Jane Lyons, non-pecuniary, in relation to item 6 - deputation on Quietway 7 consultation as she is personally affected by proximity."

A correction to be made to the minutes of the meeting of 27 January 2016 should read as follows:

"1.  Item 12: Cleaner greener safer funding in Village ward - to award funding for a crossing at the junction of Half Moon Lane and Burbage Road for the amount of £40,000."
