The draft Time to Care review was agreed with the additional recommendation that

The council assist with promoting the Lay Inspectors scheme and recruitment of new volunteers as numbers are down.

Cllr David Noakes raised concerns that the Lay Inspectors are still not receiving feedback on their reports. He will raise this matter with relevant officers.
