1.1 Apologies for absence were received from councillor Vijay Luthra and Sandra Rhule will be substituting for tonight’s meeting. Councillor Ben Johnson and Cris Claridge will be leaving the meeting early to attend other meetings and councillor Karl Eastham sends apologies for lateness.
