This is an opportunity for public questions to be addressed to the chair.

In response to a public question on cleaner air, Councillor Mark Williams explained that the Mayor of London was looking at an ultra-low emission zone. Taxis and other vehicles would need to upgrade and reduce their emissions. The council’s position, along with Lambeth and Hackney councils, was for the ultra-low emission zone to include inner London.
