Minutes:
The health, safety, licensing and environmental protection unit manager presented the report. Members had questions for the officer.
RESOLVED:
1. That the summary of outcomes in respect of licence applications made in 2012-2013, falling within the council’s current cumulative impact policy (CIP) areas be noted.
2. That officers produce a report, for a future committee meeting, outlining the number of rejections and amendments to premises licence applications outside the saturation zones.
3. That officers bring proposals, to a future committee meeting, on the saturation zone policy relating to the licensing authority objecting to licence applications in saturations zones.
