RESOLVED:
That the minutes of the closed section of the meeting of licensing sub-committee held on 5 July 2013 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the chair.
At this point Debra Allday, the legal officer advised that the committee would consider a guide to member conduct in relation to the licensing committee at a future meeting.
The chair also requested that the committee receive a regular update on appeals against licensing sub-committee decisions.
The meeting ended at 8.05pm.
