PROPOSAL:

Installation of track lighting along the perimeter of the main velodrome track.

Items 6.1 and 6.2 were considered together (See item 6.1)

RESOLVED:

That in reference to application number12/AP/3195,  planning permission be granted subject to the following conditions:

1.  The conditions as stated in the committee report and draft decision notice.

2.  That officers be authorised to draft a performance condiition specific to the  prevention of light spillage.
