Councillors, Lewis Robinson, Andy Simmons and Helen Hayes, personal and non prejudicial, as they had received representations as local ward members but did not form an opinion or predetermine the application.
Agenda item 6.3 – 2, Woodhall Drive, London SE21 7HJ
Councillors, Andy Simmons and Helen Hayes, personal and non prejudicial, advised that they were close associates of a resident that objected to the above application. Therefore they decided not to take part in the debate or decision.
