RESOLVED:

That the committee agreed and fixed an implementation date of  1 November 2010 being not less than 31 days after this Committee meeting, being  a minimum of 28 days from date of first publication of the notice of order, the designations and prohibitions agreed at the Licensing Committee meeting held on 27July 2010.
