To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 24 June 2020. Minutes: The meeting was informed that the minutes of the last meeting would be submitted to the next meeting for approval. |

Aylesbury Estate District Heating Update
To note the contents of the report in respect of the district heating at Aylesbury estate including compensation. Supporting documents: Minutes: The commission received an update on the Aylesbury Estate district heating from John Marenghi, Senior Mechanical Engineer and Paul Gathercole, Gas and Water Contracts Manager.
Following the update, members of the commission asked questions of the officers. Questions were asked around actions taken to resolve issues around access to hot water for residents. Questions were also asked in connection to the independent review.
RESOLVED:
That the report in respect of the district heating at Aylesbury estate, including compensation be noted. |

To consider the draft report of the Housing Scrutiny Commission on district heating. Supporting documents: Minutes: The commission received a presentation from Councillor Gavin Edwards, chair on the proposed framework of the Housing Scrutiny Commissions report into district heating which would be submitted to the next meeting. |
