To note the draft dates of the key stages that the Ledbury Project Team have agreed and to receive a further report setting out the outcome of the resident consultation on the options appraisal process that is planned for July 2018.

RESOLVED:

1.  That the content of the report be noted.

2.  That the draft dates of the key stages that the Ledbury Project Team have agreed be noted.

3.  That a further report be received setting out the outcome of the resident consultation on the options appraisal process that is planned to be undertaken in July 2018.
