Andrea Allen introduced the report.

The meeting heard that a project proposed to be funded in Borough and Bankside ward had originally been added to the community infrastructure levy (CIL) list, but had remained unfunded thus far. An exception was being made by funding it from Cleaner Greener Safer (CGS) instead, as the project was time-critical.
