To approve the award of contract
Decision:
1. That the award of Contract A – Void Works for Traded Services to BCS (Electrical and Buidling) Ltd for the estimated maximum contract sum of £350,000 per annum for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 July 2019 be approved.
2. That the award of Contract B – Void Works for Traded Services to GC Construct Ltd for the estimated maximum contract sum of £340,000 per annum for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 July 2019 be approved.
3. That the award of Contract C – Void Works for Traded Services to Sandersons Building Services Ltd for the estimated maximum contract sum of £310,000 per annum for a period of 12 months commencing from 1 July 2019 be approved.
