Purpose:

1.  To Approve the implementation of a new parking zone in the Dog Kennel Hill area, operating Monday to Friday, 11.00am to 1.00pm, subject to the outcome of any necessary statutory procedures, at an estimated cost of £70,000 comprising of £50,000 for implementation works and £20,000 staff costs.

 

2.  To note that a further report will be brought should there be any statutory objections to the traffic order required to implement the new parking zone.

 

3.  To approve the position and type of parking bays and restrictions for the new parking zone and surrounding streets as shown in the detailed design save for any amendments which may be required at the implementation stage which may be determined by officers (Appendix 2).
