Decision details

To determine the statutory objections.

1.  That the objections received against traffic management orders related to Elephant and Castle to Crystal Palace Quietway statutory proposals be rejected for the reasons summarised in paragraphs 9 -14 and Figure 1 of the report.  A detailed response is provided in Appendix 1 of the report.

2.  That the proposals are implemented as consulted and any related traffic management orders made.

3.  That officers write to notify all objectors to the decision made and explain rationale behind new road markings proposed at shops on Dulwich Village.
