To approve the award of contract for a development partner to work with the council to deliver the regeneration of the Aylesbury estate to provide 3,.500 new mixed tenure homes

That the award of the contract for the development partnership agreement and associated contract documents for the Aylesbury Estate to Notting Hill Housing Trust as set out in this report. The contract will start in April 2014 and be for 20 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 10 years) delivering 3,500 new mixed tenure homes and a range of community and economic well-being benefits for local residents be approved.
