To approve a number of highway schemes that promote cycle and pedestrian safety and help to encourage active travel in areas of the borough where public health is of particular concern to the Guy's & St Thomas' Charitable Trust.

That the Guy’s and St Thomas’s Charitable Trust Low Traffic Neighbourhoods highways schemes for implementation, as shown in the outline designs (Appendix 1 and 2), subject to detailed design amendments and the necessary statutory procedures be approved.
