To approve the street lighting investment programme for 2020-2024
Decision:
1. That the street lighting investment programme for 2020-24 and the implementation as set out in the report and appendices be agreed.
2. That the ongoing progress made in the management of street lighting assets and the reduction of costs against an increasing financial burden for energy charges be noted.
