To consider representations received during statutory consultation relating to the proposal to implement the Camberwell Town Centre project on Denmark Hill, Orpheus Street and Daneville Road.

  i.  That each of the objections based on the proposal’s rationale as summarised in Appendix D be rejected.

  ii.  That officers be instructed to write to each person who made representations to inform them of the council’s decision.

  iii.  That officers be instructed to make the necessary Traffic Management Order.

  iv.  That officers be instructed to proceed with implementation of the Camberwell Town Centre project on Denmark Hill, Orpheus Street, and Daneville Road as per the detailed design drawings in Appendix E.
