To note that the council meets the proposed criteria and reaffirm the council’s commitment to promoting good employment practice across the borough. To submit the formal response to the call for evidence.

1.  That the Mayor of London’s proposed Good Work Standard be endorsed, that it be noted that the council meets the proposed criteria and the council’s commitment to promoting good employment practice across the borough be reaffirmed.

2.  That the formal response to the call for evidence provided at Appendix 1 of the report be submitted by the cabinet member for business, culture and social regeneration.
